Реферат

Commissioning of the new mining enterprises as well as reconstruction demands performance of great volume shaftsinking works. A construction of vertical shafts and their deepening - the most important links at building and reconstruction of the mining enterprises. After end of these works there is a possibility to begin shaft-sinking works on horizons. The analysis of stability of capital developments shows that a destruction and deformation principal cause fix chambers and horizontal developments in the course of building and operation is high level of operating tectonic pressure. By the results of the geomechanical in-citu researches, executed by Mining Institute of Urals Division of the Russian Academy of Sciences on ore mines of the Urals during 1980–2011, tectonic components of horizontal stresses are revealed: σ1 = –10 МPа; σ2 = –14 МPа. Thereby the tectonic stresses on the depth above 500-660 m on the deformation bases 10–20 m serpentyn rock massif goes to «post-peak» stress-strain condition. For the forecast of stability of horizontal and vertical developments it is recommended to use the multi-parameter geomechanical classification that have been work out by Mining Institute. The classification is based on the analysis of the results of the geomechanical in-situ researches, executed by researches of Mining Institute on ore deposits of the Urals. The scheme of a choice of type and parameters fix depending on a category of stability of a massif, admissible backlog fix from a face and time of an exposure of rocks at driving of developments. Criterion for evaluating the stability of mine workings and ways of maintaining them for underground mining of ore deposits have been worked out. Technological schemes for supporting and lining of crossings of underground excavations in rocks of various category of stability have been developed.
