Problems of earth surface deformations monitoring on minerals deposits are considered. Surveyor monitoring is the most responsible part of the general geological environment monitoring system in process of subsurface use as its task includes safety maintenance of objects getting to influence area of works on deposit use. In the article modern tendencies in the organization of observational stations which consist in threelevel system — the area, the industrial area, separate objects are described. The top level covers all area of object by the measurements on distances of several kilometers. To top level lower levels become attached. The measurements on lower levels allow to supervise certain objects of subsurface use complex (industrial platforms of factories, mines, open-cast mine, dump) and certain buildings and constructions (workshop, road, building, pipeline). Features of the spacious stations organization on hydrocarbons deposits and special stations for separate buildings and constructions monitoring by the integration of satellite geodesy and land laser scanning technologies with traditional geodetic measurements are described. The supervision complex in the course of monitoring should provide definition of parameters of a total tensor of the deformations including tensors of trend, cyclic and technogenic deformations. The estimation technique of massifs stress state which allows to allocate potentially geodynamic dangerous sites is considered. Advantages of the complex geodetic and geophysical rock displacement monitoring on the underworking areas are described.
