Problems of long-term geodynamic safeguarding at scaled subsurface use on an example of an oil and gas recovery sites Open Joint — Stock Company “TNK — Nyagan” are considered. Conditions occurrence oil and gas fields and geomechanical processes proceeding by their working out create specific laws of deformation of a file of rocks and a terrestrial surface, essentially different from laws displacements rocks on deposits of firm minerals. First, an oil and gas fields , as a rule, occupy the big territories. Secondly, by working out of deposits of hydrocarbons in a file of rocks the scale emptiness, therefore a priori the failure zone on a surface is absent. Thirdly, process displacements has smooth character of deformation, but grasps the big territories. In the article modern tendencies in the organization of geodynamic proving grounds on objects of scaled subsurface use are described: the construction of an observational network recovering the all area of geodynamic proving ground; multilevel structure of an observational network; the account of structural features of the area geological environment received by foreign methods at observational network construction. Supervision in a network of the first and second levels are made with use of technologies of satellite geodesy GPS. At special observant stations of the third level traditional geodetic methods of supervision can be used. Features of geodynamic proving grounds organization at scaled subsurface use, the forecasting of tectonic block movements speeds on the basis of characteristics received by the registration spatial displacements of points by satellite geodesy methods are described. In the course of monitoring trend and cyclic geodynamic movements, and also technogenic influences of the object subsurface use on a file are subject to research.
