Реферат

The results of the copper-lead-zinc deposit (Republic of Tuva) polymetallic ore study, performed with the view to develop flotation flow sheet and determine ore-processing metallurgical results with application of environmentally safe reagents, are presented. The ore material composition was studied, forms of the ore valuable components were determined, experiments with stage-wise froth removal in flotation circuit were performed. It is shown, that the variety of ore constituting minerals, their different susceptibility to oxidation, different flotability of the same minerals that are oxidized and activated to different degrees, hinder recovery of valuable components. New reagents: Kempemine C-422, STsBS-1, AFI have been tested with the view to increase the process selectivity. The ore processing flow sheet has been developed providing for production of three concentrates without application of cyanides. Analysis of metals losses with the bulk flotation circuit tailings has shown that metals distribution in size fractions is proportionate to their yields, and major part of metals are lost with slimes. The chemical composition of liquid phase, selected from the bulk flotation circuit tailings, has been studied. It is shown, that realization of the proposed flow sheet may provide for production of: copper-gold-containing product, lead product and zinc concentrate.
