Abstract
Possibilities (the mechanochemical activation and doping methods) for improving the piezoelectric parameters of ceramic samples obtained on the basis of the Pb(Nb2/3Zn1/3)O3—Pb(Zr1/2Ti1/2)O3 system using low−temperature synthesis and sintering have been studied. Results on the physical properties of Ga+3 and Mn+2 doped PZN−PZT system ceramics have been presented. The mechanisms that provide for the low temperature synthesis of piezoceramics with high piezoelectric parameters have been analyzed.
