Реферат	The paper describes single-crank shears with rolling cut and twin edge-cutting shears designed by “KO VNIIMETMASH”. The shears are operating according to original kinematic scheme allowing to execute longitudinal and transversal cuts consequently. It allows to decrease essentially total cutting force, to decrease mass by 1.2 times and to decrease power of the main drive by 1.5 times.
