Development of hardware production in Russia is connected with satisfying the national demand in high quality hardware of required dimension range, as well as with increase of scientific and technical level of production. The ways of development are considered as quality improvement of initial metal, wire rod and semiproduct, usage of the new efficient technologies and high-productive equipment, restoration and strengthening of the system for conducting scientific and research innovations, state support of hardware producers.
