Реферат
Using single crystals volume grown from aqueous solution during manufacturing optical elements for nonlinear optic devices is rather ineffective. This is due to the fact that these crystals have a natural facet. Significantly improve the volume using efficiency is possible only by applying simultaneously shaping with profiling during the growth process. Shaper using during growth allows to get artificial base faces, which meets the necessary conditions for phase matching. Volume using efficiency in that case increases by several times.
