Abstract
The paper presents the new method for fabrication of high-tech moulding cores based on liquid glass binding agent. It is proposed to introduce alumo-potassium sulphate in the mixture, in combination with treatment by extra high frequency current. As a result, rise of technological properties of a mixture and surfacial strength of cores are achieved; shake-out ability of cores during finishing operations improves as well.
