Abstract
The analysis of illogicality of process flowsheets in traditional metallurgy and usage of ideas of self-organization theory allowed creating a compact, less power-consuming and ecological metallurgical process and device. On the design stage of jet-emulsion device some principles of self-organization theory were implemented: large deviation from thermodynamical equilibrium and stationary oscillation regime, Le Chatelier — Brown principle and circular subordination.
