Реферат An experimental study of prototype high-voltage silicon multijunction solar cells has been carried out. We show that the low sunlight conversion efficiency of high-voltage silicon multijunction solar battery without special antireflection coatings which is about 8% is accounted for by the high recombination rate of minority carriers at the surface of the damaged layer. The conversion efficiency of silicon high-voltage multijunction solar battery was increased to 13 % by improving the surface quality and applying a coating antireflection layer.
