Implementation of social and economic safety in the mining-and-chemical industry more often than not features inaccuracy of input data and a detailed description of various functions, which deadens the intention to draw rigorous quantitative conclusions from explicit quantitative models. Given that, the dynamics and stability of a system are to be analyzed using information on the features of the system’s structure. Regarding the analysis of dynamic processes in the mining-and-chemical industry with respect to its safety and appropriate managerial decision-making, it is possible to use the apparatus of signed and oriented graphs—orgraphs. This mathematical tool features a relative simplicity, which affords an opportunity to overcome essential computational difficulties connected with the need to take into account a variety of critical factors. This tool is weakly sensitive to the accuracy of the input data which enables construction of adequate models using qualitative relations. This is where the promising application area of orgraphs lies as far the subject discussed is concerned. The social and economic safety in the mining-and-chemical industry requires that any spontaneous effect on the market mechanisms of risk management is prevented by all means. Testing dynamic processes (in particular, endurance) induced by a disturbance influence of any nature is an indispensable formal procedure in solution of wide-range problems of control in complex social and economic systems (formulation of a social, economic and political strategy, study and selection of effectual financialand-economic and legal framework for various risk management, forecasting of various socio-political phenomena and events, etc.).
