Abstract

The coronavirus pandemic has unleashed an economic downturn. A large majority of people (including those economically literate) nonetheless honestly believe the situation is going to be stabilized by the autumn and will recover the model previous to 2020. The author thinks this is a grave mistake, and all businessmen, top managers of large companies and every citizen should deeply reorganize their lives. This article focuses on this point of view, including implications for the mining industry.
