The results of the study of production of bimetallic wear-resistant pipes with a diameter of 219–550 mm and a thickness of the Kh12 steel cladding wear-resistant layer of 55.0 to 75.0% of the total thickness of the tube wall and the plastic layer of 30L carbon steel have been presented. Modes of heating bimetallic billets in methodical furnaces and rolling in the Tube-Rolling Mill (TPU 8-16″) pilgrim mill were proposed, which allow to eliminate or significantly reduce defects on pipes. This technology is confirmed by positive results when rolling bimetallic tubes of size Dt × St (S30L + SKh12) = 273 × 16(5 + 11) from a centrifugally cast billet of size Dz × Sz × Lz = 440 × 85 × 2160 mm.
