Dalur is a modern, advanced and socially responsible company engaged in uranium production by insitu leaching in the Trans-Ural Uranium Ore Area. Currently, the company develops uranium resources of Dalmatovskoe deposit in Dalmatovsky district and Khokhlovskoe deposit in Shumikhinsky district of the Kurgan Region. In the long view, it is planned to launch operations at Dobrovolnoe deposit in Zverinogolovsky district of the same region. Uranium production by in-situ leaching is the most ecologyfriendly method of all known techniques. Environmental protection, efficient use of natural resources, socioeconomic modernization and infrastructure development in Dalmatovsky and Shumikhinsky districts are the strategic missions of Dalur. In pursuance of the environmental policy, the company carries out continuous ecological monitoring, predicts probable environmental impact due to production activities and, based on the obtained data, undertakes measures aimed at prevention of negative effect. Since 2012, the company implements quality management and ecological management under certificates of compliance with the international standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004. Dalur maintains close cooperation with the public authorities and local governments. The company performance is subjected to the state supervision on a regular basis. An important priority of the social policy of Dalur is the health and well-being of the employees and fulfillment of social obligations towards education, physical training and sports support by means of grant funding of schools and day-care centers in Dalmatovsky and Shumikhinsky districts as well as through implementation of local social projects.
