Реферат | Internatsionalny mine operates within Mirny Mining and Processing Intergated Works of ALROSA, produces diamond-bearing kimberlite ore and is hazardous regarding gas release and oil ingress. By now, mining stage I has been completed (Level –200 ... –560 m). Start of mining stage II (Level –560 ... –790 m) needs construction of a blind skip shaft (BSS). Uralgiproruda Institute has elaborated the project and working documentation to support BSS construction. This article presents key engineering solutions on BSS construction and details of shafting technology and sequence, lining, reinforcement and permanent equipment. BSS is intended to hoist ore to surface at a skip hoist capacity of 250 thou t per year. BSS length is 307 m, cross section is circular with an inside diameter of 3.65 m. Amount of stone drivage during construction of BSS and a set of underground openings will make round 28.5 thou m3. BSS is equipped with monocable hoisting machine Siemag Tegberg and skip hoist СН-4-170-1.8 with mobile body and bottom unloading. Mechanized shaft drivage uses drill rig Robbins 73RH by Atlas Copco (Sweden) with a reamer of 3.65 m. For support and reinforcement of the shaft, Uralgiproruda Institute has designed a special three-deck hanging scaff old. It is decided on flexible cable reinforcement with rigid guides at the point of the skip loading/unloading. Tension of the cable reinforcement is implemented using cargo elements placed in the shaft sump. The accepted mechanized drivage method will enable reducing capital costs of BSS construction, while the elimination of the aggravating eff ect of drilling-and-blasting on enclosing rocks will ensure the shaft stability and will allow using lighter support types, as well the construction time will be shortened as against the conventional shafting technology. |
