Реферат

The paper presents the examples of replacement of the chemical analytical methods with the instrumental methods; it allowed to increase flexibility and multi-element nature of the analytical management of the manufacturing process and certification of the finished products. It is described that multi-channel X-ray spectrometer MXF-2400 manufactured by Shimadzu (Japan) has been put into practice in 2011 in the blast furnace shop at the express area. In 2014 in the converter shop another X-ray spectrometer ARL-9900 manufactured by Thermo Fischer Scientifi c (Switzerland) has been put into operation; it allowed to realize the existing techniques for chemical composition measurement in the framework of steel making slag express analysis, as well as certification of commercial vanadium slag. The atomic absorption spectrometer Contr AA 700 of new generation manufactured by Analytik Jena AG (Germany) has been bought also in 2014.
