Реферат | Effectiveness of fluoride utilization in silicate systems is determined by a considerable alteration of crystal structures with thermal treatment of ceramic materials, thus improving building stoneware physical and mechanical performance. Fluorides contribute to destruction of clayey materials crystal lattice, increase liquid phase ability for solid phases re-crystallization. Different deposits fluorite ores processing waste material chemical and mineral composition analyses showed a prospect for its utilization as mineralizing agent in ceramics industry. It was established, that a combination mineralizing agent, composed from mineralizing components of fluorite ores flotation waste, is characterized, with regard to stoneware mix roasting temperature range, by a sufficiently low dynamic viscosity (η = 4.90–4.25 Pa·s) and increased wetting ability with respect to clayey components, contributing to formation of significant quяntity of liquid phase and formation of strong structures during roasting process. It is noted, that fluorite ores flotation tailings application as a mineralizing component does not require any additional treatment for the tailings. With that, it is also shown that increasing fluorite ores flotation tailings content in stoneware mix over 5 % wt. (0.3 % wt. by cation-oxygen component) is not expedient. |
