Реферат

Exploitation experience of technological equipment corresponds about the fact that during the transportation and overload of damped iron-ore concentrate, bentonite clay, lime and other bulk and lump materials, there happens their intensive sticking on working surfaces of units. As a result, there is increased the quantity of extraordinary lay-ups, connected with aggregates cleaning. In total, industrial possibilities of output of final products are decreased, together with quality deterioration of these products. For the purpose of removal of sticking of materials on working surfaces of technological equipment units on the pelletizing plant of “Mikhailovsky Ore-Dressing and Processing Enterprise” JSC, the anti-sticking lining plates of various wear-resistance and longevity (polymeric antiadhesive lining plates) have been efficiently used during the last 10 years. These plates are manufactured from polyolefin raw materials, according to the Technical Requirements 2246-001-22711279-2008. Output of final products of polymeric antiadhesive lining plates for certain mining-geological and mining-technical conditions of exploitation of technological equipment is realized on the basis of special report forms by the methods of “As-Tik KP” LLC. There should be noted that 20 new bunkers, equipped with near 18 t of polymeric antiadhesive lining plates were manufactured in a very short time from October 2012 till February 2013 for re-assembled technological line in “Mikhailovsky Ore-Dressing and Processing Enterprise” JSC in plant conditions of enterprises on output of metal constructions of “Prommontazh” LLC and “Taganrogstalkonstruktsiya” JSC. Positive experience of “Mikhailovsky Ore-Dressing and Processing Enterprise” JSC on efficient application of technological equipment on damped sticking raw materials due to the usage of polymeric antiadhesive lining plates is recommended to the wide implementation on iron ore industry enterprises and in other mining branches.
