Abstract

Mining Faculty of Transbaikalia State University plays a key role in solving of specialists problem in mineral raw material complex of Transbaikal Territory. Mining faculty is one of leading structural subdivisions of Transbaikalia State University, orien ted on the training of specialists for mining and fuel-energetic branches of economics of Transbaikal Territory. During the whole period of existence of Priargunsky Industrial Mining and Chemical Union, the enterprise and Transbaikalia State University have been connected by close scientific and industrial relations. Due to the enterprise, the powerful material base for preparation of mining engineers was created in the university. This base includes modern-equipped laboratories of mine openings and shattering processes, laboratory rocks physics etc. As the heads of practical training, the staff of Priargunsky Industrial Mining and Chemical Union makes a significant contribution to the specialists training, by participation in the work of state certifying commissions and research councils. Dynamic development and training of qualified mining engineers for the leading enterprise in Transbaikal Territory — Priargunsky Industrial Mining and Chemical Union — is possible to be carried out due to the cumulated pedagogical experience, scientific potential, existing material and technical base, constantly improved teaching and guiding, as well as integration of joint cooperation of university and enterprise.
