Реферат

During the creation of new continuous unit of conveyor ore transportation, there was set a task of creation of special conditions of uninterupted reception of cargo traffic and its transporting to the surface. Conveyor ore transportation was created on the basis of unique pressure belt highangle conveyor KNK-270 with productive capacity of 3500 t/hour, lifting height of 270 m and slope angle of 37о. Reception of ore in the time of failures in continuous unit is carried out by an intermediate store, which is provided for junction with continuous motor transport in the receiving area of crushing and transfer point. Mobile loader-piler is used for loading of ore into self dumping cars on the open pit's surface. Executive storehouse is also provided on the surface for the purpose of junction with continuous railvay transport. At the same time, the loader-piler is equipped with shuttle conveyor. Taking into account the abscence of self dumping cars, the foregoing equippment provides the uninterupted reception of ore flow from open pit to pile. Automated system of monitoring, control and supervisory is created for continuous unit. This system makes it possible to carry out the on-line following of processes and to make an influence on their cource. Formation of «technological trace», i. e. the «black box» for recovery of retrospective review of carried out operations, is also possible due to this system. Means of automated system of monitoring, control and supervisory include the automated control system «conveyor ore transportation», industrial engineering communication and video observation with centralized control from the central control cabin. Automated system of monitoring, control and supervisory makes it possible to make the data exchange with automated control system of continuous unit of the open pit. Sufficient flexibility and opened architecture of hardware and software of the system makes it possible to carry out its increasing, improvement and replication in other mine open pits with adaptation to different technological schemes with continuous transport and primary ore preparation (screening and crushing).
