Реферат

The following composition of excavator-automobile complex was considered in the period of researches and analysis: two excavators EKG-10; one excavator EKG-12,5; two excavators EKG-15; ten mine dump trucks R-170; thirteen mine dump trucks BelAZ-7513. Productive capacity of the complex is 11430 thousands m3 per year. For the purpose of provision of maximal productivity of applied excavator-automobile complex, the ratio of passive and total fields of operations should be maintained at the level of 0.6, according to the considered regularities and results of analysis of design of working board of eastern section of open pit (third area). Estimation of indices made it possible to find the method, completely corresponding to accepted limitations and criteria, where the length of passive front is 27.4 km, which is 0.6 from the complete length of benches front on the section. Average width of areas of active and passive reserves is 4.15 and 13.9 m, respectively. Redistribution of reserves makes it possible to do the following operations: additional creation of haulage benches at five horizons; provision of the through movement of motor transport with decreasing of transporting distance for separate technological complexes by 0.6 m. The chosen method became the basis for construction of both the diagram of distribution of active and passive reserves on the section benches and recommended design of working edge. According to the calculations, bringing of design of working edge of the Muruntau open pit's third area to the proposed methodology provides the increasing of productivity of excavator-automobile complex by 8.2%.
