Реферат

This article presents the results of the geological and structural research of the rock massif, developed by open cast mining. On the basis of this research, there were created the methodologies, technologies, technical means of monitoring and forecasting of the benches stability on the final boundary of the deep open pit of Kovdor Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise. There are also considered the basic areas of activities of the monitoring service of the enterprise.
The strategic task of the immediate period is the formation of the management system of the stability of benches and edges of open pit, on the basis of the existing and supplemented wealth of knowledges, methodologies, approaches, technologies and technical means. Particularly, it is necessary to develop the scheme of the division of the pit area into districts by the strengthening methods of the rock benches, weakened with the tectonics.
