Abstract

This article describes the basic construction principles of the joint hydraulic systems of open pit equipment of “BELAZ” JSC. These principles make it possible to reduce the amount of components, and to unify them. The axial-piston pumps with modulation capacity are used for the reduction of hydraulic losses and expanding the temperature range of exploitation. The five-step system of filtration of hydraulic fluid is implemented for increasing of hydrosystems resource. On the basis of recommendations and experience of the world famous manufacturers of seals, there were designed the hydraulic cylinders with increased hermeticity, which are still being introduced. The circular wrapper rubber rings are introduced for the insurance of hermeticity of hydraulic apparatuses. In comparison with requirements of general engineering standards, these rings have the reduced residual deformation. Electronic system with control units and information panel on the driver's working place is implemented for the operative control of the condition of hydraulic units and hydraulic system.
