In collaboration with commodity distribution network, “BELAZ” JSC improves the after-sales service by reorganization of regional service enterprises, and creation of new service centers on the developed service territory. This improvement is implemented, taking into account the specific usage character of the “BELAZ” equipment and its engineering complexity and exactingness to the qualitative service and maintenance. Nowadays, it can be told with occurrence, that each product, which was manufactured by «BELAZ» and sent to a customer, stays in attention of the specialists of the enterprise, during its whole service life. Nowadays, the «BELAZ» system contains the combined system of after-sales service of equipment, which includes the direct participation of the plant, service network and exploitation enterprises themselves. The sustainable development of commodity distribution network of «BELAZ» has the following purposes:
-provision of maximally efficient and balanced deliveries of mine dump trucks and special vehicles to customers;
-rendering the complex of high-quality services for the provision of dump trucks and equipment with efficient exploitation and their supplement in perfect state during the whole service life.
One of the realization instruments of the laid down aim is the formation of self progressive regional service network in the structure of commodity distribution network of «BELAZ». This service network represents the powerful financial sustainable corporative system, which provides the optimal logistics from the manufacturer to the client. This system also supports the whole «delivery-selling-service» cycle, which, in the conditions of the competitiveness toughening, makes it possible to strengthen the positions of «BELAZ» at the priority marketing outlets.
