"Eurasian Mining" is the leading Russian scientific-technical journal in English devoting to all aspects of deposit development and mining of mineral resources.

 

Way of the journal distribution - free access to the papers, published with article processing charge (APC).


The mission of this edition is to make foreign specialists aware about scientific and technical researches and development in mining industry in the former USSR countries.


In 2013, the journal «Eurasian Mining» was included into the international bibliographic and abstract database Scopus, which is an instrument for tracking of scientific articles' citedness. The Ministry of education and science of Russian Federation considers the Scopus database as a criterion of estimation of efficiency of activity of higher education institutes.


Published since 2003, volume up to 88 pages, circulation up to 500 copies. ISSN 2072-0823.


Its thematic plan covers all directions of scientific and technical development in mining field: technological, organizing, economical and environmental aspects of ore mining and mineral processing of solid minerals (ferrous and non-ferrous ores, mining-chemical and industrial raw materials, construction rocks, natural facing stones etc). The main journal sections are devoted to scientific and industrial innovations, legal regulation in the field of usage of the earth bowels, industrial operation experience, international collaboration, raw material base, physics and mechanics of rocks, designing and building of mining enterprises, economics and management, development of deposits, mining and building operations, processing and complex usage of mineral raw materials, equipment and materials, mine-surveying matter, power engineering and automation, industrial safety and labour protection, environment protection, personnel preparation etc.

 

"Eurasian Mining" publishes the papers of well-known scientists and leading mining specialists, elucidates important scientific-technical problems of development of mining and concentrating enterprises, scientific-research institutes and universities in the field of mining matter, presents new scientific directions and technical innovations in this area. The readers can find in this journal both the articles with applied investigations and with results of fundamental researches that make the base for new technical developments. Publishing according to the approach APC (Article processing charge).

 

"Eurasian Mining" is an expert peer-review edition. Its editorial board counts 40 members. It incorporates leading and respectable scientists and practical specialists in mining field (5 academicians and 3 corresponding members of the RF Academy of Sciences, 30 Doctors of Engineering). Also 4 foreign specialists from UK, Sweden, Canada and Bulgaria participate in the work of editorial board. It provides excellent expertise of published articles.
